Jairo Arcila grows a variety of different coffees in Pijao Colombia. This Pink Bourbon was mixed with peaches during a dry anaerobic fermentation that lasted 72 hours with the pulp on. As a result of this process this coffee is infused with sweet peach notes but also sports a sweet milky body, and zesty finish.
