Finca Higueronal was founded in 2018 to process and market specialty coffees. Ivan Solis leads the family run business utilising washed, honey, natural, and anaerobic processing methods. This catuai was grown at high altitudes and was anaerobicallt processed to develop a complex winey coffee with savoury and nut notes to finish.
