The Thiriku Farmers’ Cooperative Society was established in 2000. The regions rich volcanic soil and favourable climate makes it the perfect place to have such a processing plant. Cherries are sorted meticulously before being processed separately and graded to ensure uniformity between beans. This coffee is fully washed and sports stone fruit and melon notes, apple like acidity, and a lemony tea finish.
