La Bastilla Estate is one of the few (if not the only) coffee farm in Nicaragua with a fully integrated supply chain at origin. All the coffee at La Bastilla is produced, harvested, processed, classified, and exported from the farm. As a natural result, quality and traceability is guaranteed. Our coffee is dubbed ‘Pineapple candy’ by the farm for its tropical and fruit like taste that comes as a result of a careful yeast fermentation process. This coffee makes for a sweet, balanced, and very smooth filter coffee.
