Bugisu Sipi Falls is from Uganda’s Mbale district. Through training and fair prices this coffee project has begun producing a variety of different coffees using natural and anaerobic fermentation. This coffee uderwent an anaerobic fermentation in vats before being dried and bagged. Sweet and balanced fruit notes dominate the cup and are followed by a herbal tea and cocoa finish.
