Simone Borges and her husband Luiz own and run their farm, Canarinho, with a focus on organic farming and microlots. This coffee was painstakingly taken care of from picking to processing. As a result, this Arara coffee boasts a cupping score over 90 and won 1st place in the 11th Coopervass competition in Brazil. The bean is incredibly sweet, has stonefruit like acidity and finishes with balanced cocoa and caramel notes.
