Yellow Sudan Rume

Jairo Arcila owns a number of coffee farms in Quindio, Colombia. Over the years, we have been lucky enough to get our hands on many of the exotic coffees that Jairo has produced including a number of geshas and experimental processes. This coffee is a yellow Sudan Rume and underwent an extended fermentation. This unique processing method has imparted strong tropical fruit notes, with red apple sweetness and a winey body. At the finish this coffee displays lime like acidity and lemongrass notes.
