This coffee was grown by Felipe Arcila at his farm Jardines del eden. this SL28 originally sourced from Kenya undergoes a dry aerobic fermentation of 24 hours before being placed inside bags for 50 hours. This varietal is very scarce in Colombia and as such provides a very unique flavour experience. Very sweet Strawberry hits to start off, followed by stone fruits, citrus and a floral finish.
