Gesha
This coffee is grown at Finca La Divisa in the west of Colombia. The coffee is picked according to the strictest ripeness criteria and is graded by hand. This gesha was exposed to 30 hours of underwater fermentation before being pulped and gently washed and dried. Crisp green apple notes dominate the palate, with lime like zestyness in the body. The coffee gives way to floral, tea and sweet caramel notes.
