Our gesha from the Cerro Azul farm in Trujillo Colombia is manually picked before being depulped and then fermented for between 19 and 22 hours. This gesha is remarkably complex, sporting very clear floral tea notes, with citrus like acidity and melony sweetness. As the cup develops expect to pick out even more flavours.
