Finca Los Rosas has been cultivated by the Rolando family in Huhutenango for four generations. Spanning 21 hectares of land the altitude of the farm ranges from 1400-1750 MASL creating the ideal conditions for coffee growing. This gesha was anaerobically fermented for 72 hours before being washed and dried.
