Auromar Panama is a Brenes-Eleta family project committed to the production of the highest quality geisha coffees the world has to offer. The farm is situated between 1570 and 1770 MASL in the highlands of Candela. Coffees produced at this farm are incredibly complex and often achieve high cupping scores. This coffee undergoes 24 hours of fermentation before being washed, dried on African beds for 18 days, and finally hand graded to remove primary and secondary defects. This coffee is the quintessential washed Panama gesha. Jasmine tea notes dominate the cup, with complex stone fruits, apple, and citrus throughout. A soft lingering floral note sits on the palate and leaves the drinker wanting more.
