Janson Coffee Farm is situated in the coffee growing region of Volcan in the north- west of Panama. They are quickly developing a reputation globally for producing 90+ geishas and pacamaras. Coffee from this farm placed first in the Best of Panama 2020. Lot 62 was grown in Janson’s Alpes farm. This coffee underwent a natural fermentation. Lot 62 sports notes of strawberry and berry compote with pineapple like acidity. A balanced winey body hits the palate as florals and herbal teas bring up the finish.
