Uraga is a washing station in the famous Guji region in Ethiopia. Coffees from this region are often fruity and boozy in nature. The cherries for this coffee were sealed in tanks creating a co2 rich and oxygen poor environment which has in turn imparted strong winey and complex red fruit notes to the coffee
