Yellow Gesha
This coffee was grown by Felipe Arcila at his farm Jardines del eden. this yellow gesha undergoes a dry aerobic fermentation of 24 hours before being placed inside bags for 50 hours. this coffee is exclusively harvested from the occasional gesha trees that produce yellow cherries instead of red. Tasting notes are very winey and grape like followed by a floral, crisp and clean finish.
