Gesha
Inspired by some of Ethiopia’s wildest coffees the found of Ninety Plus Panama, Joseph Brodsky, cultivated this gesha bean in Panama. This coffee was anaerobically fermented and sports really boozy and winey notes throughout. Mulled wine and plum notes give way to sweet chocolates, and a cinnamon finish. This coffee is the perfect introduction to the exotic specialty world.
